Enrollment Options
It is important for us to provide a range of options to meet the diverse needs of the children and families we serve. We offer several flexible choices designed to support those needs. See our enrollment options below.

Complete full time academic experience with individualized instruction and structured learning opportunities.
Tuition: $20,000 for 12 months

*$200 Supply Fee twice a year

Targeted support on a three-day schedule.
Ideal for families who want to enrich homeschool experiences or for those who wish their child to receive ABA therapy twice weekly.
Tuition: $13,500 annually.

We proudly accept ESA/scholarship funding through Texas Education Agency-related options, including TEFA funds when available for eligible families. Families also have an opportunity to apply for eligible scholarships through our Newton portal.

What Does the Enrollment Deposit Cover?
The $300 non-refundable enrollment deposit secures your child’s placement at Harbor Village Academy and covers the cost of the intake assessment process. The deposit will also be applied toward your child’s first tuition payment.
What Does the Student Supply Fee Cover?
The $200 student supply fee (twice a year) helps cover curriculum access, classroom materials, hands-on learning activities, and instructional resources used throughout the school year. Our goal is to provide most of the materials students will need so families only have a small supplemental supply list before the first day of school.

Step 2: Schedule a Consultation
Ask questions, share your child’s needs, and learn more about our programs, approach, and supports before moving forward with enrollment.
Virtual meetings, phone calls, and future in-person visits may be available.
Step 3: Complete Registration
Submit your registration forms and student information so we can begin planning intentionally for your child’s needs.
Step 4: Secure your Spot
Pay the $300 non-refundable enrollment deposit to reserve your child’s placement in our program.
Enrollment is limited to maintain small, supportive class sizes.
Step 5: Build Your Child’s Plan!
Schedule your child’s intake assessment and submit the $200 student supply fee as we begin creating a personalized academic and support plan together.
